eDynamic Learning

eDynamic Learning publishes digital courses for middle and high school students. Courses are 8 units long and aligned with 20–150 state standards. They include extensive use of multimedia as well as a range of formative and summative assessments (from multiple choice questions to massive cumulative projects).

I’m a managing editor. In the role, I shepherd courses from ideation to delivery. Common tasks include training writers, confirming content meets learning objectives, and overseeing the rights/permissions/content clearance processes.

I manage cross-functional production teams, including freelance subject matter experts (SMEs), development editors, production assistants, and copyeditors. I also coordinate with internal directors, project managers, and technical specialists on delivery and quality control. Schedules are done in Smartsheet, communication happens on Slack, and courses are drafted in Microsoft Word.

In addition, I also manage Freshdesk tickets for online courseware issues and author documentation and training management for content creation teams in Confluence.
